Neatness is about attractive and cosmetic appearance but not only is it about the fine tuning and concern for detail that outweighs and over performs the competition in that order proposal for the sale.

Of course computers put out a high standard of printed paper work and fonts and borders and graphs and charts make presentation both enticing and desiring in reports that are submitted or quotations that are lodged. But neatness r standards go into the craftsmanship of the work. Ensuring the standards of the goods is of the highest quality. Neatness means cleaning spots and specs of showroom windows. It means legible handwriting and readability it means taste and style in displays and things squared up and leveled in terms of office furniture, showroom fixtures and there ordering and positioning. Neatness means clean toilets and bathrooms and soap left of the soap holder not sliding around the basin. Neatness is about tidying up the nitty gritty. It is about a dedicated and conscious effort to keep things right. It is the creative finesse of business.

In retail as in any other industry the ability to sell or not will depend on your presentation. Presentation is how we display our goods personally attire ourselves and the overall way we project our company to the customers. Granted maintain a 100% standard all the time is a pretty high ask and demanding or requiring quality or the best level of service is extremely difficult and hard. Logically though the best presented company is going to draw the most favorable attention and the poorly presented companies will only command criticism and degradation.

To enable the average company to meet the required levels of presentation is quite simple. It must be clean, logically designed and aesthetic in appearance. Its people will naturally follow course. Though presentation standards must be set by its people first. One would tend to think that a visual image of a company would be tidy though when people are very productive they leave things lying around. So appearing that this company is doing good business and it would be wise to buy here, but in reality the effect is quite different revolving around how well your people work together to keep things organized myself to get things done. Organization is the key to successful presentation.

Whilst they will never replace people completely they will surely see the workload of a company's organization, systemised condensed and orderly compiled with less fuss and greater efficiency. Co-operation and co-ordination is a great advantage and a computer seems to be able to provide that link or idea that joins organizations together. Whilst their programs and usually tailored to suit specific organizational needs, the original design is multi-faceted and multi-purposeful in order to generate that common systematic inters. Business generation revolves around the ability to produce work place documents that are quality identified and time efficiency related.

With any money industry and in particularly the computer industry technology must keep up and advance accordingly. As computer helps and aids the company to keep accurate records and aids designing and assists with servicing clientele. In order to maintain and operate efficiency a computer is now an essential item.

Management Meant Recycling

Recycling will be the buzz word of the 21st century. It has already gained a fair amount of merit and respect. The fact is however unless we recycle and do it efficiently we are running our earth into becoming a dead planet. Needless to say at some point way, way, way, down the track that will happen but for the immediate oncoming generations and other generations to come, stewardship or the ability to recycle and take care of our resources is the critical and critical are for survival. Management can mean recycling in many ways is crushing of cardboard boxes for re-pulping. In sending out returned or damaged products to charity organizations.

Even in information words have to be recycled to maintain and reproduce value and worth in the system. We recycle rubbish right down to the sorting out of table scraps which can be composted to bottles, cans and packaging, paper and plastic, glass and even chemicals. Things like metal and biological waste (plants and trees) are turned into some kind of reusable product. So that anything we use now can be turned down the road of life. It would be selfish to use everything up now for ourselves when our future generations depend so much on our ability to take care of what we have got. Not only does it create jobs for the unemployed and not only does it gives us enthusiasm in seeking to maintain life systems to replenish what we have so graciously been given. We have such an abundance but it is limited and it must be dispersed and dispensed wisely.

Recycling and re-utilization at every possible opportunity and chance. Change is inevitable to us all but good management must be aware of recycling white things will change things still remain finite and recycling means life.

Management Meant Maintanence

Maintaining things is probably the simplest, easiest way to save money. When things are kept in good working order they have a longer life span and are more attractive and hold a better appearance. Maintenance requires routine checking and daily inspectors to ensure and make sure that things stay right. It means regular rounds to absolutely make sure things are maintained, of course the standard of maintenance must be high to ensure safety and by using tight and rigid procedures of checking things should go to plan the way they are meant to go.

Maintenance revolves around keeping things in working order by continually patrolling all areas of the building or work place. It is also important on machinery or aircraft, cars and boats also need maintenance checks. Maintaining thing sis a difficult job and requires much man power and money. When we look at the work place in a broad level we see that maintenance is the single most important common denominator to all companies. Taking a cross-sectional view we look into the various departments and areas and see that maintenance revolves around nearly anything in the company that helps produce an income. People need maintenance checks to a certain degree seeing how they perform and how they are coping with the workload regular holidays and breaks is a good way to ensure you're people don't break down either. Maintenance requires its own checking systems within the internal hierarchy of the company.

Constantly assessing and re-assessing the maintenance standards and levels and allocation of funds for resources (both people and tools). Products depend on the proper maintenance of their machinery. Enabling constant and smooth flowing turnover of product output which interns induces profit. Any maintenance must be accounted for and high standards ensure safety but these stresses sometimes mean industrial disputes and henceforth maintenance one again requires attention.

Management Meant Transportation

In amongst the various areas and facilities of management comes transport management. A low key, high importance area that is often overlooked or un-assumed. This means we are really looking at a specialized and concentrated area that needs to be and must be more closely examined. For a start we have the state railway system. A complex integrated network that transports hundreds of thousands of people every day.

To work, to visit friends, or perhaps a shopping expedition. Then we have the roadways full of cars, trucks, buses and other motor vehicles that constantly commute people, goods and literature around the country. Then we have international transportation in the form of airlines and shipping. Taking passengers and cargo all around the world. Then finally we have the space craft which I guess we will all be a part of in some shape or form in the not too distant future. Transportation is a vital part of our everyday life. Management meant transport because all of these areas have to be managed. They all require and must run on schedules.

Time frames and restraints that ensure safety, efficiency and punctuality for all our daily routines. These dead lines or time limits are guidelines that can't be compromised with quality or safety standards. But must be controlled and managed water tight in order to maximize the comfort and efficiency for every user. I guess we could go back to when people used horses to get around or even running or walking on foot. It just goes to show how far we have developed and how much we depend on transportation. It's as if the work is getting smaller and we are going further all the time. It simply means more appointments to do and see more things.
