Organising Systems

Management Meant Systems

Integration organization and structuring all help form the makeup of systems. Certain principles that logically fit together with proven results from timely test lead and contribute to the makeup of effective and efficient systems. Constitutions stabilize and control systems, making and being the backbone for their structure. Systems originate and form from these proven principles and ideas that contribute to the standard and quality of living. Perhaps one overlooks the value and relationships they create and add to our lives.

Forming the very heart of the society which is manifested by continual research and renewal in order to redevelop and maintain systems. Old or new, current or no-current all play a part in the tradition and history of futuristic planning. Utilization and contribution make and evolve knowledge and understanding in the generation of jobs and reproduction. Institutions are based and founded on systems and as these learning patterns are taught and evolve we are lead and taught how the management role facilitates its place in society.

Community and religions organization are less highly structures through some ground work works its way in to them in order for society to appreciate the full extent of what systems do. Systems are designated to work, to effectively integrate and organise structures living. Ike the circulation of a computer or the engineering of a motor vehicle, systems have a set and very important place in our society. We as people have systems ourselves and it foes as well as the information or food that is put into it.

The self evolving systems in turn resupply and replenish the system to and in us all.

Management Meant Heirarchy

Hierarchy sounds like a psychiatric term for hereditary. Similar in some ways but really totally opposed. Hierarchy is the necessary organization of management positions within the company in order to establish management jurisdictions and directional lines of communication within structural guidelines of the business entity.

\The organization of what is like a beehive of activity flowing up and down like channels and in and out of different departments to form the hierarchal company. Creating positions and job specifications that enable and equip the professional organization with ideas smooth working systems and productive methods for improvement. The company organizational hierarchy leads, interrelates and generates sources of revenue, income and profit. Whilst each cog in the wheel works to provide a good or service they are brought together by the organizational capacity of the hierarchy.

I guess it is noteworthy to further say that any institution is capable of hierarchy. Structuring and whilst the organization remains self defeating it in turn reciprocates and reproduces alternative and extra means of leadership and communication. Really it is the hierarchy that facilitates the relevant necessary understanding and information that make or break the business company. Knowledge is immaterial to the point that you can redesign and redesign the hierarchy inside out and back to front and still come up with the same answer.

Except of course for obvious changes and updated positions, recycling of people regeneration of old concepts, supplying new ones and of course counteracting all existing errors and difficulties.

Really we are talking about ream work which I guess ultimately would be best inherited.

Management Meant Routines

Procedurally the logic behind and efficient system is having structural routine. Things must be organised programs must be schedules and plans have to be made, we aim to run logical flowing, systems the interrelate and change to be adaptable and flexible with people.

That may mean constant updating and reorganizing. Or simply just changing reorganizing. Or simply just changing everything to suit different economic and cultural needs. But basically management meant routines because we need to have logical planned and flow through systems that run on time and have a proven track record to be sure of their efficiency and reliability in ensuring things work. Planning schedules are dictating programs are basic criteria for any industry.

However routines is more than just that it is establishing and maintaining long term or long range goals and idea that work to suit the majority of the people while also working to suit and fit in with company policies and procedures and ensuring overall efficiency. Granted things to sometimes were out and consequently the routines must be changed and reorganized being updated for new policies and programs. Perhaps with enough time there can be a good enough track record established to enable perfect changes in routines but until then we will have to struggle and battle with radical trends that have us continually searching.

Once we get a routine established we should aim to maintain them as long as possible but remembering that change is our future and that establishing routines or patterns is the formulation for memory structure and reinforcement of set goals plant and ideas.

Management Meant Meetings

The corporate board consists of many facets and intricate parts one the major factors are the board meeting. In that room discussion are created and decisions are formulated. In order to progress and advance the business entity. Subjects such as organizational equity, buildings plans and developments, or simply just human resource improvement and efficiency.

Of course that is the major meeting type in a company. But meetings can be scaled down to incorporate and facilitate communication and understanding at all levels. The typical meeting will involve a speaker, chairman, secretary, treasurer and members. The point however is not to compete with one another's thought but to conceptualize ideas for profit and prosperity. Whilst there is a generalisation of awareness of competition with other companies the main factor is to generate activity within the organizational structure.

Corporate policy is created, direction and vision is achieved and strategy and stability is attained. Meetings are a formal liaison in which verbal information is communicated to enable the people of the hierarchy to be aware and informed is communicated to enable the people of the hierarchy to be aware and informed of the company's desired objectives. Meeting can be the formulation of interrelationships in partnerships.

Allowing and assessing corporate takeovers and mergers to form conglomerate or diversification investments. In any situation the desired outcome remains goal orientated and positively motivated that any formulated constriction is fruitful and liquid.

Management Meant Details

One of the most significant factors of the effectiveness of the organization is how much attention to detail is pays. Detail is a definitive word the preserves quality, enhances standards and re-engineers profit. The prime requisite for any business transaction to succeed is the extent of detail that goes into it.

Details can be laborious, tedious and fastidious but still remain the single most important factor for a sale. Management details for a few reasons and information content is one, along side of price demand ability and appearance enhancement of product. Detailing is like the fine tuning or cosmetic surgery of presentation levels, in that they are judged upon by their ability to attract results. When handing in a report or assignment to a lecturer or manager, the main requirement is detail.

Detail on cars, retail outlets property and any manufacturing industry in the preparation for the distribution of goods, requires a certain expected level of service. Detail is for a service in itself in that is exploits the intricate parts that discern the business entity and tidy up the loose end to suitably secure financial equity. As detail is final part of the organizational line its strategic significance is only relevant at the pint of sale thought its structure us much more highly formulated in order to ascertain its overall desired result.

Management Meant Direction

Within the guidelines and structure of the organisation the company must know where is heading. It must be able to give directions and leadership not only within its internal entity but also within the market and the community. It means setting the pace, starting and making trends and directing its people the way the management wants the company to move.

The fact that a company must different to its competitors means it must show intuitive and individual style in its approach and position to society. It must be able to see its market niche and position and forward plan and set objectives to enable it to fulfill and maintain its ideal reality.

Giving direction means setting the standards. It means equipping the company to reach its quality product. For instance you might decide that you want to go international, first you have to build your company up to endure that you won't for bottom up when you do, when you are in a stable position and are able to take the step you have to ensure that you do it properly and effectively to main that forward progress. Sometimes we must take a step back to go forward but ultimately a positive direction is the right way to travel.

When giving direction you must ensure you know what you are doing and remember to follow up on anything you lead.

Management Meant Diary

First thing in the morning when the manager gets up and starts work he must check his diary. To find out what he has got planned for the day and what he must do to fulfill that plan. Then he can add or update his diary for any changes or other possible future engagements.

Of course a diary requires constant checking and updating anyway. Which allows him to keep his plans, schedules and organised well in advance. Nowadays diaries come in the form of pocket sized computers which soon could be linked up to your computer in your office which would r should have you're computerised diary and engagements already stored.

Though some still prefer a pocket not book diary or carrying around their day to a page A4 diary. Diaries are only or should only be designed as a list of things to sequentially and chronologically plan out to facilitate acquisition of an organized and effective time scheduling plan for the maximum productivity of your company.

A diary whether book or electronic organiser style, is a highly useful and the most essential tool of the manager's resources. If used wisely and efficiently can establish much more clientele and build the business even further. My diary is a management diary specifically designed for that purpose. When technology is sufficiently advanced ill change systems.

Management Meant Planning

Predicating future trends or projecting of possible outcomes of ideas is more likely to derive a desired result when planned or schedule for specific time periods or dates within seasonal activities throughout the year. Planning is a means or way of ensuring or establishing an essential requirement for potential results.

Of course there is never any guarantee that you're plans will come into fruition though making some attempt or effort to do so definitely gives you a better chance. Plans by their very nature are designed to be flexible in the slowing for possible contingencies one covers must room leave room for error and facilitates the necessary room for error and establishes a decision path and track to the final end result. Plans being different to goals in that goals are more rigid and more likely to be reached.

Plans are still vital and essential ingredient in the building of structure both within the organization and the hierarchy of needs for design, redesign and development. Not only can you schedule actual building structures but you can predict or forecast sales and staffing by statistics analysis and trend diagnosis.

Wages or salary also need to be planned for you do layouts and shop fitting. Displays are more flexible in that they are to personal taste where a plan is governance.

Management Meant Structure

The corporate make up and layering of the organizational structure depends on the breakdown and delegation of its departments. Like buying is to shop floor, so is engineer to architect. The understanding of relationship and marketing of the designing is a fundamental and logical way to base and develop you're company.

Once one considers the pro-activity of departmentalisation and association of splitting and breaking down the organization one understands and achieves purposeful structure. One has enabled and utilised the capacity to change, develop and integrate both externally and internally.

This prove to be an advantage but ht process of organizational design and it's line and segmentation which form and produce the departments and sector, that formulate the necessary achievements or production. Structure then becomes a matter of interpretation and adaption which is the vital key in stability regeneration and development of future expansions, restructuring and make up of any or all of the vertical and horizontal lineation that holds the capacity to reproduce and expand.

The corporate structure us highly complex and individual entity that must be able to function and govern with virtual automatic leadership so that he organization resides in its own verbal turnover.

Management Meant Inspiration

Through the years of development and learning I have been inspired but the many new techniques and ideas that heave transpired in that time inspiration is one of the many great things that enable us to advance and achieve as we attempt to succeed into the future. Inspiration is the awares of new possibilities that formulate ideas that through thought and effort develop into new and exciting creations.

We must not forget though as Einstein once said genius is 99% perspiration and 1% inspiration in other words nothing comes easy and nothing is ever really free everything has a price. But inspiration is that one thing that we acquire out of all that perspiration. It's like a recycling system we work hard to get inspiration and we are inspired out of the things we worked hard for.

Inspiration is the formulation of ideas and dreams that have crossed our path filled our head and have turn into the wonderful new creations that were once just a sleeting thought, pipe dream or rough idea. Managers use inspiration to motivate staff, to develop new ideas and give and create hope in brighter future. Inspiration is a useful tool in what we Endeavour to achieve and in what we seek to obtain and what in the end keep the whole world going.

It's about excitement and it's about originality and it's about aimed to do something that no one else has ever done before. It's about appreciation for finder thing sand it's about striving for quality and standards above and beyond what the average person is prepared to seek,. Is about a passion that drives us ever onward onto new things new possibilities and new ideas that continually renew and revolutionize our thinking endlessly.

Management Meant Improvising

Many times in my work life I have had to improvise. Banging one bracket against another to fix a shelf on the shop gondola. (too much time to go and get a hammer).And then there was the times I used 15" shelves on 12" brackets.

Really this is wrong, cost cutting, time saving and mostly destructive instead of any positive food. But nevertheless managers must improvise some times. When you have a budget of 10,000 for display for the year and you're store needs new mannequins and materials to do the job properly, wages to pay and standards to keep up, though b working smarter and not harder and being more intelligent and less dumb, by being clever instead of silly a manager can better get things accomplished with a degree of improvisation, really managing or improvising have very similar meaning we manage to get things done and we manage to do this and that and that is achieved by a degree of compromise or improvisation. Improvising is getting that person to work and extra 2hours when someone goes home sick. It's getting you're display person to be shop fitter or you're management team to be sales assistance.

It's real management we tend to think of management as high tech organization and leaderships skill but really management has a double meaning. It means at lower levels improvising getting done something with the resources you have in the best possible way. In small concerns it does save money and time, it reduces the cost of expensive resources and it allows you to utilize all those bits and pieces that just sit around waiting for someone to do something with. It's like putting two and two together to make five.

There is a real increase or gain no matter how small in providing. When one improvises he makes something some value out of what was nothing or very little value in the first place.

Management Meant Looking Internally

A company revolved around its management. Firstly looking internally at its leadership, organisation and communication. Upon examining these aspects one considers the hierarchy and structure. Efficiency and effectiveness are strong components and both hard and easy objectives when looking at productivity. And the pivotal and deciding focus point in all decision making. Focal activities and specific and individual duties.

Are the basis for discussion and conclusions about direction will be drawn on this basis? Planning and charting future objectives will be the task of research and development as it is in product design ad product forecasting that goals are set.

The consumer is the end user of the product and is therefore the decider or prosperity. This can be encourages and enthusiastically motivated but advertising and demonstration of end line product. Feasibility and fortitude for stability and longevity is backed up but satisfying customer need and demand.

Understanding the intricate of components in both monitorial and people resources is a prime requisite. But individual performances and enhancement is the guarantee of thorough management.

Management Meant External Viewing

Outside of the structure us a universe of activity. The world revolving and inhabited by a quarry of ants and insects. Al busily going in their various directions and distances like bees to a honey hive. The effort is then to harness this activity and channel it into a focused direction that produces money for the outsourced.

Harnessing this resource is an investment in the future of productivity. That by organizing and leading this diverse institution of industry one can tap into and contain its digressment. Outward involvement should be consumed into a containing pattern. By understanding the unique diversity of potential recourse (that are yet undiscovered) can manifest in investment and interest of the material. External viewing is sitting on the outside and looking in. yet it is difficult except by use of consulting engineering.

Understanding the external prospective opens the inward door to rejuvenation. Sourcing and feeling development or both pressing and ongoing challenging enables creativity of spirit. This extending itself beyond limitations and restraints to create yet more new and flexible ideas. Negotiating the forward advancements of evolvement and thus producing greater perspectives and developments.
