Management Meant A Challenge

In our day to day activities and life events in our society we are faced with real life challenges and hurdles. The same as running the company business were are faced with do stakes and difficulties that require our attention. Not looking at them as impossibilities or over awing but as to see them in objective light as challenges. A challenge is never to be taken too easily what I mean is that when we are faced with a challenge it will require a certain amount of effort to undertake winning over it.

Careful preparation usually and the right approach and attitude of mind as to how to tackle it and how you will eventually overcome that particular task or job that makes up what the actual challenge is. Sometimes we look at them light heartedly thinking I'll fix this and I'll be right for good. But things in life aren't always that easy and you will probably find that there is a succession of challenges waiting for you one after the other like a steeple chase or 400m hurtle.

Challenges are thoughts provoking mentally stimulating and provide us with the necessary ideas to advance into the future. Just as I set up a display shelf in the ship or had to have the whole store ready in an hour challenges are constantly arising and poking their head through the window asking us are we good enough to keep up with the pace. A challenge should looked upon as creative providing inspiration and determination to continue with everything. When we do need rest but never at sacrificing possibility of a new and exciting challenge. We do need to be careful and we do need to rest ensuring safety as a main goal. But remembering not to bypass the excitement and advance of a challenge.

Management Meant Employment

Within the organization job creation and task distribution or allocation is a big part of the business entity. Employment is the means by which the people carry out these functions and in which is the creative vehicle for the work within the industry. Being employed means a source of income, it means security in life and it means a way to be productive and useful. Employing on the other hand means ma power people as resources for work allotment and it means the capacity to achieve within the organisation and for that matter the business work in general in revenue acquisition and capital obtainment.

Unfortunately there is no joy in playing the big boss, or for that matter to getting satisfaction out of being pushed and shoved by the other counterpart. There is however on the other hand a need to workable relationships thus stabilize and endeavor to keep things on an even keel within the company guidelines structures, policies and necessary restrictions that impose safety factors and provide the overall well being of the companies staff and its people. CEO's or directors all are employed to a certain degree. Whether they have subordinates or not. Line management are fighting a constant battle to stay within the upward channeling selections. That integrates and creates challenge and provide competition.

Employment means business generation. Work on the other hand is just getting the job done, necessarily then we should be aiming at our community to be maximally employed and the business entity will only progress and succeed but the productivity generated.

Management Meant Appointments

He single main motivator within a company is promo ability. Whilst there are few factors that contribute to this concept the overall idea is one of aiming to succeed develop and aspire to greater levels. Of course we ask the question "how do I do that?" but really it is simple, being a combination of skills acquired, experience and perseverance and dedication. Then and therefore management meant appointments because of the need for people to be places in the right positions within the organization hierarchy. Concept and organizationally speaking appointments can be looked at in many ways.

For instance there is the way to day engagements and activities that we need to attend. There is pressing business matters, priority meetings and other daily time demanding restraints that we set deadlines for in order to attend and manage and participate in. appointments can also be looked at another way if we break the work down grammatically.

A point meant is like manage meant means we are trying to make an issue, point or highlighting of an idea in some fashion, means or way. You can prove the point, fight the point, agree the point or simply just make a point out of it. That is called making you're point. Appointments are art and parcel of our day to day workings and meaning, they add flavor, interest and priorities to our day. They are enjoyable and wise. But watch out so that you don't use the point.

Management Meant Promotions

As a part of any career or hierarchical path management means promotions. In the day to day struggle to climb the corporate ladder we cross many paths and have many opinions in directions that we can choose to make a better life for ourselves by obtaining a higher position in the company. Promotions are assessed by how well we perform by managers in higher positions than ourselves.

Promotions are judged on ability and the capacity for the person for their ability to create revenue and profit for the company. Promotions can also be awarded b how the manager promoted the company through catchy sales campaigns, clever advertising and marketing that outperforms and places the company in a leading position in their endeavor to obtain market control. Promotions by their very nature are a desirable thing, the fascination and wonder that fills the head of a suspecting performer of the new challenges that are awaiting and are being considered in the thought of upward moves. Promotions or should I say status risers are created through termination of superiors or by vacancies created by superiors leaving. Of course it is not backward to take a sideways step in order to eventually make a forward move.

But it is considered derogatory to slip down the rings whether it is due to poor performance or incompatibility with superiors. Promotions are good news and we seek them and ask for the continually. Though it is important that we are ready for them when we get them to not have to suffer the humiliation of not coping with the more responsibility. Qualifications and experience enable us to apply, though not promotion is more desire than the one that is awarded simply out of merit when enough effort has been applied. The prize being higher salary.

Management Meant Succeeding

In business the main point of the operation is to succeed. When as organization sets out to do businesses it must aim to make a profit in other words "succeed". Of course the secret to winning is not whether you win or lose, but how you play the game. The manager who runs everybody into the ground has only a short term victory. The manager who plays fair and square by the book has long term range, scope and potential.

This is so because people are important. When we try and cut costs too much or go overboard on some hair brain scheme you defeat the purpose of maintaining a well balanced operation and you're interrelationship with people is affected which in turn affects you're quality of products, cuts you're quantity of organisation duration and inevitably stops you qualifying for the prize. That does not mean that we should not try, on the contrary trying helps you learn how to advance and builds confidence and self esteem.

I guess being successful is something to smile about but only because you have acted consciously with integrity along the road and way. You may only maintain your success and status by knowing that you are operating under scrupulous principle that is benevolent and providing good stewardship for your business, company and society in general. Which means that the organization that generates reciprocal business is successful in the community because they not only reflect their own interest but others.

Management Meant Social Life

They that all work and no play make the corporate executive a dull boy. That does not mean you find the first woman you come across and go to a motel. On the contrary instead being actively engaged in a social circle that you can meet people, relax and enjoy the fruits of your labor. Friendships and external relationships from you're work as well as integration in business conventions allows and assists the foundation of a healthy prosperous and affluent business social life.

Dinners, product launches, entertainment in the ways of shows, plays, opera, orchestral symphonies or concerts, all give enjoyable stimulation and pleasure to a stressed and weary business mind. Harbor cruises, nights out at restaurants help release the business tensions that accumulate and restrain freedom of thought. Of course it does not all have to be high flying. Picnics in the park, walks along the beach or river, or a bush expedition through the mountains. The idea being created here is interrelationships between people and the right to exercise and establish mutual and common bonds that are meaningful and long lasting within the greater community.

Church would be encouraged on Sunday and some form of spiritual nourishment during the week al formulating and a balancing the harmony of the spirit to build a healthy soul as well as your bank account. If this process positively not only would you acquire the right and perfect partner but you would have ample empathy to their feelings for those who are not already married.

Management Meant Rewards

Good things come in many shapes and sizes and one of those good things is the rewards we get out of our occupations and jobs. Rewards need not always be material or monetary but are best found in job satisfaction and results achieved and obtained through our efforts and striving. In most cases we must experience some kind of difficulty or struggle to really obtain and ascertain that reward. It's kind of like not knowing what is good unless you know what is had first.

Desiring rewards is not an advisable idea as rewards are only of some beneficial gain when they are given and received freely. Some people tend to go looking for rewards instead first trying their best to do what they can and being rewarded for their efforts and patience. The fruits of our labor are not always what we can put in our mouth or what keeps the weather off us at night. Or many of the wonderful things and devices that make life simple and easy. Those things sometimes plague us with difficulties and unnecessary stresses. Instead we should be seeking peace of mind and long term securities that when invested properly being us in a far better return.

The niceties of life are certainly worth aiming for but we should not become obsessed with the idea that that is what it is all about. Yes in management productivity is the name of the game and the output of product is important but we must ensure that the quality and standard is there first and this is done by having a right mind set and focus on what is really needed. When we get back and see and say that is what I did I must be proud of my work and feel satisfied that not only am I inspired but I am inspiring someone else.

Management Meant Holidays

During the stressful life of the manager he builds up many tensions, frustrations and anxieties. Some poor manager might choose to take it out on their employees. The wise or successful one however takes and plans scheduled holidays throughout the year. Work is but its very nature, demanding intense and very draining and a holiday or vacation is the ideal way to relax, relieve tensions and get away from it all. It is not shirking responsibility to take a break, in fact most well earned vacations are justified, encouraged and highly sought after. One has to know one's own levels of capabilities, not overstretching too much, but not being lacks in works responsibility.

There has to be a happy medium. There have to be knowledge of peaking and breaking points. There has to be an awareness of what critical stresses are upon him. Recognizing these is an art, through with good management they become readily apparent because he has a highly organized and well planned schedule that foresees, alleviates and corrects possible contingencies and whilst doing so does so allowing rest periods. Holidays or vacations are not an excuse to get away though that may appear so.

But really are the means of acquiring that rest and recuperation that is justified and allowable through the productive resources and hard work of achieving high results. Holidays are great, enjoying and worthwhile but only when earned. Taking a break to go to the islands or cruise the Caribbean or Mediterranean are fashionable acceptable and right. Though the manager must remember to leave his work in capable hands and then basically take off and forget it.
