Management Meant Respect

The problem with most organizing is that there is not enough understanding. Not enough mutual respect for other individuals. Within the company respect must be a two way thing. Whilst a superior commands respect because of his position, the subordinate deserves it because it is the fundamental basic resource of human rights. People must be treated as people. The organization must earn its own respect in order to maintain and do business in the community. Social respect, like personal respect is not something to be assumed but expected. It is not something to take for granted but instead something that must be earned.

You can't make someone like you, but you can encourage them and inspire them by your positive, creative way of thinking. Respect should be an infinite resource. Unfortunately however many people are trying to take many other people for a ride. Underhanded, undercutting and basic dishonesty are a few examples. The fundamental rule for living is that if you treat someone how you want to be treated they will treat you back the same way. That is a principle which fashions respect around itself. Maintaining and sustaining respect by enjoying the fruits of the building blocks that are generated through earning respect.

Respect is a manifestation of modesty, honesty and curiosity, three principles which lead to the generation of loyalty and respect. Respect is not a buzz word that lead people through fads and trends, but on the other hand a development of traditional values that interrelate, accumulate, and disperse so that beneficiaries of its self thinking righteous lead to harmonious, prosperous and ongoing successful relationships.

Management Meant Honesty

Principles in any organization are an absolute must. Not only integrity loyalty courtesy but the most important one of all is honesty. Simply what it boils down to be that you must be able to trust your employees and therefore you're employees must be trustworthy.

Honesty means more than that too. It means having a serious and positive attitude in your intentions to support your thoughts in what you are doing, what you want to do, what you have to do and what it is you have actually done. Many times we are faced with the temptation of stealing, stepping past the mark of all the good and right things you've done and doing something wrong. Stealing is degrading, humiliating and reduces you're self esteem enormously. One should not feel that one has to steal but the simple fact is that sometimes the temptation gets too great for us. Instead of diligently working and keeping your mind on the job we lose track of thought or train of mind and forget the basic guidelines and employers rises and instructions.

Simply is s better to remain honest in your work and job the difficulty arises when we focus on other things become greedy or forget the truth of biblical rules. Honesty means establishing and building up a reputation for your fellow workers and employers or employees by showing them honesty truth and courtesy. Honesty gives you're the right to believe in yourself, it produces the confidence of other people in you. It is also just an intelligent idea producing and instilling wisdom. Generally it pays to be honest.

Management Meant Wisdom

Theoretic behavior is a pattern management following in their pursuit for wisdom. Learning trends and cycles which produce a fruit crop continually by their careful analysis of the statistics which in the end gives them long term wisdom. They say there is no replacement for experience and experience is only of value if it is gained wisely. The pursuit of wisdom or the reason for gaining experience is intermingled and interrelated.

It almost becomes a fashion to acquire and understand knowledge. Gaining knowledge is an experience in itself it is an experience that goes on and leads to wisdom. Wisdom in special fields, wisdom in single fields and wisdom across a broad cross section. When you have gained enough experience you can wisely decide and discern what path to follow and what track to venture down. Wisdom is like truth once you have gained an understanding and knowledge of it it's the best possible experience you can attain.

Wisdom can be used in many areas and if used shrewdly and prudently it will inevitably raise you're intelligence level high enough to handle, cope and deal with any possible contingency, problem or difficulty. Wisdom is you're greatest asset.

Management Meant Family

Japan is a country where the company is based around the family. The family works in the company, is educated but the company and is hereditarily employed but the company. Which again turns the sociological family into the company family and vice versa. This may work fine for them and in fact it is by principle quite right, however in a capitalist society which bases its centre on a free living life style it is not so readily accepted.

The corporate family then is the hierarchy's ladder as liken to a family tree which evolves changes direction and regenerate. It is like n organizational professional system that recycles, multiplies and divides in order to reproduce, survive and seeking to maintain a successful outcome. The companies of this day and age within their organization have, child and day care centers, scholarship awards for students and are now starting to follow Japan with their recruitment of family from existing employees. It is not a case of jobs for the boys but instead simply rewarding winning achievers by in taking their offspring as a means of replenishment.

The father retires son is engaged. In the good old days of course family within the system were considered a hindrance as it led to corporate incest and generated temptations of un-productiveness and stealing. However more modern times exemplifies this by isolating cases and seeking to establish the family business not only by directors or owner entrepreneurs by executives and sales persons. The family as we know today is the community's life blood of society. We must remember its importance and the necessity to have a happy home life. This means controlled working hours allowing enough leisure time to be with family, church on Sunday and Saturday premiers.

Management Meant Prayer

Did you know most top management spend one hour behind their desk every day praying. everything becomes so much to them, so overwhelming so over consuming that they are scared something is going to go wrong all the time or at least some of the time.

They want to know that they are in control when in fact they are getting God to do the work for them. That almighty spiritual being that sits up there in the heaven who has got the whole universe to worry about but is called down to them to handle their problems that they can't handle. Of course most of them do a pretty good job anyway and they would expect God to handle the things that they could not manage themselves anyway.

Which is only fair and reasonable because their putting in 10% extra time at work and instead of making a donation to the local charity they're more concerned that the people they are responsible for at looking at them instead of God themselves so that they get all the credit. Simple isn't it you just pray for everything to get done and it all happen perfectly. Of course God would be the perfect manager and not one other can live up to his reputation. I guess it really boils down to teamwork if I do the right thing. I can count on God to do the rest. If I'm giving 100% then God could have the day off. But since I pray for 120% gods working overtime with me. It's a bit of fun but prayer really does help sometimes. I mean surely you wouldn't bank more on a computer.

Management Meant Spiritual Needs

In a world of battle and frustration, confusion, disillusionment and trouble it is good to come back to basics and spend some time with God. Relaxation and meditation are fine, but you need a bit more, you need something or someone to believe in other than yourself. You should spend Sunday in church as frequently as possible, you should be able to find it in your heart to give a little to those less fortunate than yourselves.

Management often realizes that they can't do everything on their own, they have staff and subordinates to relate to but it is their responsibility to lead and know what's right. And where do you think they get their knowledge from, sure they read books like this but they successful ones have a heart for God. Spiritually can be mistaken and misunderstood for religious doctrine and theological introduction but true spiritual living is a sense of peace and contentment that you are satisfied and comfortable with your efforts.

The bible says you can't work way into heaven and you certainly won't gain anything by working yourself into the ground. It is therefore important to have a relationship with God and learnt to be satisfied that you have limitations and all things should be in moderation. Be happy to be happy.

Management Meant Breaking Habits

Management so often develop habits, form vices and fall into groove. In their daily activities and duties. 20-50 cigarettes a day, 3-6 beers daily and extravagant lifestyles that go well beyond their means and affordability. It becomes a matter of waking up one morning and coming to the realization that, that is not what is going to make me successful, what made me successful in the beginning was hard work, dedication and responsible accountability.

So do people fall into the habits, of doing things the same way all the time simply because they have always done it that way. Breaking habits means change it means acceptance that I was doing things wrong and unless I correct the error of my ways I am going to go on doing them continuously and continue to fail.

Usually brought about by ignorance due to the fact of the social vices, they talked about. The fact that when the body is working well and is healthy the mental awareness and the stimulation of the mind is sharpened and is much more alert and interactive when the intellect is respected and focused. Management meant breaking habits because if they don't they go out of business.
