A Different Kind of Work 1

One job for most of us is enough to consume most of our lives. But the fact that in my faculty of management jobs and work are both very varied and different in the course of any day let along the course of a year. From builders, plumbers and electrician all part of the urban development in societal communities and neighbourhoods to the offices of banking stock markets and investment or insurance companies.

All these require management and the structuring of some kind and dorm and of management, in my trade and field of retail where there is a number of jobs such as sales assistance, cashiers, store men and buyers. All these especially in shops require the greater amount of workers not only to buy but also to produce and purchase the goods in the creation and generation of jobs and work that is also in the distribution and freight. Ordering and more nowadays information technology are in great demand and setting new trends and ideas for sales generation and purchasing of goods. Doctors and nurses, dentists and health specialists all require some sort of management even if it is only personal grooming and hygiene, a different kind of work might be meaning a change of career midstream or at an age when the regular kind of work is boring and uninteresting.

The fact motivational speakers, political and religious ministers and the more flamboyant artists and literary authors or accountants, engineers and architects are all in a vital unification cord system that unites and invites to encourage the connection and change of interrelationship to invest in the diversification of work and to provide the challenge to succeed in work.

A Different Kind of Work 2

Now that we’ve got over the different type odd jobs, I’d like to go into the different type of works. Remember job of the Bible and the parable of the prodigal son and good Samaritan or the sewer. Writing skills and other literacy associations whether they’re awards or scholarships and prizes are special gift and flamboyant ability that the dexterous with the pen exploit, explain to eat and make a living out of . the verbal and oral communication or the written work and physical vocabulary to write is a well read knowledge of books and other authors.

But the trick to actually putting them down in a continuous and logically continuality is the prescription for the dedication and patience in the working of the word. And whilst time is passing us by the writer and the reader are in another world of the living dead that need to revisit the life that dwells within their head.

Whether the mind of the money is important might be insignificant to the writers written purpose of the word and the extrapolation of the meaning might just serve some purpose to the answers to heaven and hell and the unexplainable beauty of paradise and reason for it. To concentrate on a certain contentment of heart or for the brain to think of nothing but peace is pleasurable sport of the unnecessary killing that manifest themselves in medical literature of criminal thoughts that need to be exposed persecuted and provided for in the interest of investment of the utopia of an ideal world.

The mere fact that space and he universe alludes us and that the problem of paying long term for property is a self defeating system when we make all these payments to provide security and safety for the values of family living only to end up and die and be dead for someone else to take and repeat the cycle because the grave us self defeated and all the work is just a drop in the bucket to the huge earth that consumes us and disallows us the very meaningfulness of accumulation of wealth and things that the heart wants but that the body can’t take and the brain is not smart enough to understand.

This being now written as a different kind of work looks not just at the objective but the purposes, plans and goals of independent living and the mixing of social and communal requirements that revolve around the reality of the family structure and marriage and children in schooling, advancement and study to the point or stage of a degree or doctrine which comprehensively incorporates the many facilities and disciplines for the strands of different kinds of work.

Writing and reading of the type and the understanding of the meaning of the literature provides a statement and balance for the projection and stability of the future while we draw deeply from books of the past and nurture our intelligence for the investigation of what profits we fail to conside3r graduation until the climax is too late and the gradual procedure of development frustrates and annoys people into taking the easy way out and leaving the too hard for someone else instead of biting the bullet and seeing what we ourselves can do about it.

The relationship between their ideas of a different kind of work and effect the health of the nation and the monitorial economic value of the country, so that instead of having a nice day to grow, eat and advance we are killing ourselves with depression anxiety and others mind problems that evolve and reflect out of the physical laziness of the person in the body of the people that prefer to pay someone else to do it while they sit and watch television on a pension which puts a government into debt and drains society and it's moral values in the day to day living survival of the fittest.

This self reflection which we are all guilty of is the trouble that creates itself by itself, we don’t need to do anything about it, it will happen anyway but the real person who says I am going to try and gets out there an does something is really changing the community and the world to make it a better place to live and then takes advantage of the traits of their labor and intelligently reinvests in the managing of society and what it really means to create purpose and value for the living experience of the gainful life.

A different kind of work finally may not mean a different job,, it may just mean a change of ideas and attitude to the job and wok we already do but what we can or can’t understand is the distortion of slaves over freedom of the price of money and the cost effectiveness of the management role and position to lead, guide and instruct in the way the work gets done and who and how we are to do what the different kind of work really is an what it is about.

Tools of the Trade

The master craftsman has his own tools and so does the builder and carpenter. The stonemason and sculpture has his own tools and so does the painter and writer. But the tools of the writer are paper and pen and a mind of well read books, books which are part of the trade and a brain to put hand to pen. It said it couldn’t be done for the writer to write what he could not write. But with the right mind and inclination of the brilliant writer he put pen to paper to make it right.

So the knowledge and information was written down in lines in verse and pros and cons. But the answer to the questions on which was the page he did write was the one he wrote for the light. Now the tools of the trade have to come into the light for all the see how it's done, for many a skeptic and unbeliever doubted and he even denied himself that he could do it. But the pen and paper on which he did use and write thought for him all day by themselves.

For as the words went down on the page the image and picture became bright. And as you see through it as clearly can be of all the tools of trade in the light the other trades with the tools of the tradesman were pain money by what the writer did write. Now there’s no right answer as the which of the trades is most right like all the parts of the body are essential. But the tools of the trade of which the writer did write were all true and right delight. For the writer was unsure and mentally broke and he needed the tools of the trade for a laugh and a joke. But the money it cost at the expense of his care he was not happy enough for the bills that did dare. So he took to his trade one final last time and wrote down the words to fill the page by the very last line as he dazzled and twisted his pen the money flowed easily and filled up his head. So with this he had time to eat like a king, and was the greatest and happiest with his most precious thing.

Changes in Work

We all go through stages in life, like when we hit the middle age crisis of job uncertainty and start looking for a change of vocation and if these changes in work and what work represents that affects the future and the destiny of the rest of our lives. Changes in work not only affect our lives but our families, values and what the good things of life represent. When we come from a slow begging or whether we come from a fast start, we have to gather our thoughts and understand which way we are headed when we get half way down the track. Some people make the assessments early and some late.

But you can be sure of one thing no matter what way you go and that is that there will be changes in work. Changes in the type of work, job description, different careers and all sorts of things that as we advance and want more money changes come about to help us and impeded us in the work situation. Changes in work are a part of life and they represent a fair proportion and percentage of why things get better and why when things brake we have to look for other way s of doing them. The relationship between that of work and the real changes that affect our lives is that the concept of concern to be different is multiplied and compounds in order to exchange and re-evaluate changes and it is these changes that give the chance of more or less work in our lives, depending on how committed we are or how persistence or what the variables and flexibilities are of changes in work and why we want to anyway.

It is not just a matter of more money but it seems that in time these changes in work are a positive attribute to us learning to focus and be more productive and deduce that without change nothing new will happen.

The future of Work

Consolidating our position and concept of work helps us enable the future direction of work and what it is we all want to achieve by working. When we read and get ideas we introduce new scope and potential for otherwise unwanted possibilities to become positive realities. It is this projection and work production that enables us to see and understand the future of work. Unless we are united and collaborated in our centrally combined new from old direction we can’t advance and proceed to provide the projection of the production for the future of work. It is this consolidated and often interrelated compounding of ideas that propels us and projects us into the future.

Like when we took history lessons and our geography suffered we now enter a new realm and environment of thinking for subjects with enhanced technology and moss produced stereotyped component product and units that able to amplify our work direction. For the sake of just working we have enabled and established these new potentials for the future of work and it is this new capacity of production and turnover that inspires the increased productions and level of material utilization and usage of resources. However are we going to fast and do we have to slow down to be ecologically friendly.

Does management need to take into consideration all the economic factors and handle them and proceed to process all aspects of the direction for the future of work. In the end the fact is that people have got to work all the time and it is only a time utilization factor that reflects and depends on what will happen with work in the future. We live and work in the present. So the future of work is still well in the distance and it is this work aspect that we strive for now so that there is work in the future.

The Secretary is Secondary

The first person and principle in the work ethic is you, you are the person that must make the work happen first. So if you are a leader or manager or supervisor don’t put all the work onto your employees and subordinates, unless you have been there and done it first. The actual point I am trying to make here is that the secretary is not the boss. The manager passes work down the line to get done and no matter how often or much the secretary is there to organise her boss, the secretary is secondary and the buck stops at the top level when it comes to accountability and responsibility so don’t work you're secretary to death but bear the burden and ownership of the company for yourself because it is you're duty for your business to survive and it comes under you're jurisdiction for the profitability and turnover of the product to perform.

People only assist you and are there to help and make it easier and possible to expand but the real dictation is not to the secretary but the onus is not you to lead and guide and supply direction in all matters of decisions making and courses that affect the overall performance of the company. So aim to do the right things by yourself and you're staff and give leadership and direction worthy of your called, depending on the starts of your character and the opinion and perspective of people on how they see you and how you handle the given situations and discern and provide leadership and guidance in everyday matters and difficult situations depending on the wisdom that you offer the knowledge that you understand and the experience you have attained in qualifications for telling and explaining what needs to be done, how to do it and why they are doing it.

So that the achievement and production is healthy and lively and they respect your personality and reasons for giving and agreement and what you require to be done in order to gain the needs and requirements while enjoying job satisfaction.
