Don't study for yourself. Study to teach and learn from other people for other people. It is not just a matter of saying I am smart myself but it is the way you present yourself to with other people. I my ego was so big I would be useless teacher I would be unable to learn anymore and would be so self opinionated that I despised myself. Introverted people are naturally self depressive and extraverted people are so much more outgoing and flamboyant that they are contagiously enthusiastic and attentive to people's needs, study to teach what other people need to know and learn what you need to know yourself to teach other people, if I swell on me and myself all the time I am miserable.

If I see the needs of other people and work out how to supply and meet their needs I am highly successful. Don't study what you want to know yourself and learn not to satisfy your own needs all the time. But in a relational reciprocal society it is all about communal living where the best way to get the job done is through team work and the leader does not necessarily only supervise but get involved in an active management position that leads by example.

The fact that we are not in this world alone and that the only way you are going to make money out of me is if I give it to you then you know enough to understand how things work in life. And you can teach and learn from every transaction of selling that you experience. Every person related differently and we all have our own preconceived ideas on what is right and the best way to do something. But it is not until we learn t o work together and study the intricate idiosyncrasies of the other person that we learn to understand and know that there is always another way f doing things and compromising and sharing experiences is the best way to work it out in the end.
