There is a philosophy on life that says, the healthier you are the happier you are. Being happy and healthy does not necessarily mean financial stability but it helps it does not mean monitorial success but it helps and it does not mean big bank accounts, share portfolios, and investment properties. Being happy and healthy is mainly contributable to work exercise, and diet.

Reading and writing is another way to produce intellectual health and mental stability but we all still need to get out there in the yard or the footpath or Gym and do the hard work of physical activity to help with circulation through the veins and organs breathing for the respiratory system and food consumption through the stomach for sustenance and cardiovascular beating. The brain is also important for good health and making the food with plenty of variety is both important and essential. Happiness is a trigger of the endorphins that we get from eating good food, like chocolate which can make anybody happy, even those in deep depression.

We must eat a variety of glucose, protein, carbohydrates and avoid starch, fat and other cholesterol inductive foods. ecoming healthy is hard work and for the body to remain fit require constant exercise all the time, with enough relaxation and healthy pastime for the physically active who can sit down with a book for intellectual stimulation as well as mental rest. The challenge is to maintain a happy and healthy disposition for as long as you can and to be able to work hard within the reason of safe guidelines right and wrong.
