Educations main responsibility is to teach and allow students to learn, teachers are paid and students must finish their course before they are entitled or qualified to earn money through their efforts as a pupil or student. Of course there are some jobs like laboring or shop work that are simple and hard to most have kind of societal skills through knowledge of facts and figures so that they know the right things to do on the job., teaching is being able for a qualified teacher to teach and enable the aptitude for learning and this is a qualification that is assessed by marks and grades to determine whether the student understands or has a knowledge or the subject or problem, along with a set of literacy skills that allow general communication both orally or verbally and literally. Teaching allows a student to learn the criteria of the curriculum and whilst the teach has the knowledge a facilities to teach this, the student or pupil must be willing to learn and demonstrate enthusiasm and confidence through general self reading and given assignments and homework to demonstrate that he or she has some kind of knowledge or understanding on what they have learned or been taught, I know that they have indeed acquired the necessary skills for the subject or the ability and knowledge of what they have to do to use these skills in a workplace situation, which allows and enables them to choose a career and offers and employer relevant and relative relationship skills to apply their knowledge in a practical way. So in order for an employee to attain or handle a job these days, he or she must be able to demonstrate the use of these skills of knowledge that they have acquired and attained to put them into positive application and procedure to satisfy an employer with the worked and hence fourth take home a monumental pay packet each fortnight as a taxable income.
