Management Meant Employment

Within the organization job creation and task distribution or allocation is a big part of the business entity. Employment is the means by which the people carry out these functions and in which is the creative vehicle for the work within the industry. Being employed means a source of income, it means security in life and it means a way to be productive and useful. Employing on the other hand means ma power people as resources for work allotment and it means the capacity to achieve within the organisation and for that matter the business work in general in revenue acquisition and capital obtainment.

Unfortunately there is no joy in playing the big boss, or for that matter to getting satisfaction out of being pushed and shoved by the other counterpart. There is however on the other hand a need to workable relationships thus stabilize and endeavor to keep things on an even keel within the company guidelines structures, policies and necessary restrictions that impose safety factors and provide the overall well being of the companies staff and its people. CEO's or directors all are employed to a certain degree. Whether they have subordinates or not. Line management are fighting a constant battle to stay within the upward channeling selections. That integrates and creates challenge and provide competition.

Employment means business generation. Work on the other hand is just getting the job done, necessarily then we should be aiming at our community to be maximally employed and the business entity will only progress and succeed but the productivity generated.
